Privacy Policy
skycraft GmbH ("We", "Us", "Our") cares about the privacy of individuals who visit our website at linkflare.io or use our Linkflare browser extension, desktop and mobile application or access our API (collectively, our "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, and safeguard information we obtain from and about our customers. We are committed to GDPR compliance and minimizing data collection.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
We use Clerk for authentication and user management. When you register, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. If you sign up using a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft, X, or Apple), we receive your email and basic profile information from them, facilitated by Clerk.
Payment Information
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details or bank information on our servers. Stripe processes this data securely and provides us with payment status and subscription details.
Usage Data & Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand website usage. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track personal data. All data collected is anonymized and aggregate only.
Browser Extension Data
Our browser extension only captures the URL and metadata (title, description) of the current tab when you explicitly choose to save a bookmark. We do not track your browsing history or collect data from sites you visit that you do not save to Linkflare.
