How do I save bookmarks?
The easiest way is to use our browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. It lets you save the current page with a single click. You can also manually add links via the web app or mobile app.
Can I import my bookmarks from other services?
Yes! We support importing bookmarks from all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and other bookmarking services like Raindrop.io, Pocket, and Instapaper. You can upload your HTML export file directly in the settings.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, Linkflare is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) which works on both iOS and Android. You can install it directly from your browser to get a native app-like experience.

Is Linkflare free?
We offer a generous Free plan that covers the needs of most users. For power users who need advanced features like full-text search, permanent copies of saved pages, and unlimited collections, we offer a Pro subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe, our secure payment processor.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Linkflare Pro for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Privacy & Data
Where is my data stored?
Your data is securely stored on servers located in Germany (Hetzner), ensuring strict compliance with GDPR and European data privacy standards.
Do you sell my data?
No. Never. Our business model is based on subscriptions, not advertising or selling user data. Your privacy is our priority.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export your entire collection as a standard HTML bookmark file or CSV at any time. We believe in zero lock-in.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
If you downgrade to the Free plan, you will keep all your existing bookmarks and collections. You will simply lose access to Pro-exclusive features like full-text search for new items.
